I regret giving it a good review previously. The fish is no longer fresh and there was food coloring on the tuna and salmon. Theyre cutting corners and it hasnt even been a full year yet TLDR run dont walk The quality of the seafood at Tokyo Ya was amazing, everything was delicious and thought out. Yuki and Linda as well as all of the staff were so wonderful. Objectively one of the best sushi places Ive been to in a long time. Flavor and texture are amazing, real crab in softshell crab roll and real Maine lobster in lobster roll. Presentation beautiful, store ambiance peaceful, just overall amazing. ”

The quality of the ingredients as well as their freshness make it to the top of my favorites places to go for a special night. It was a last minute decision and we did not regret it. My Chef of a husband is hard to please and when he kept reordering it means it is more than really good! Our diner was early on a snowy Sunday and we got there just on time to get the last table. Try it out you wont get disappointed!!! The sushis are so flavorful!!! ”
